Every piece at PingHub is curated and sourced to order — we secure each item specifically for you after purchase, which lets us offer rare archive and Japanese-import pieces you won't find sitting in stock anywhere else.

When will my order ship?

• Standard pieces: ship within 3–5 business days.
• Sourced-to-order archive & imports: typically ship within 7–14 business days while we secure and authenticate the piece.
• Rare grails / overseas sourcing: may take up to 3–4 weeks — if a piece will take longer, we message you directly with the timeline.

International

We ship worldwide (flat $35). Delivery times vary by destination.
